Matt is the founder of Fit Diesel, LLC. He is an elite trainer, former strength and conditioning coach for the University of Tennessee Athletic Department, and a counter-terrorism expert.
Matt is also the personal trainer for Colon Congo, the 2018 PNBA Men's Physique Mr. Olympia. He is a certified Brazillian Jiu Jitsu black belt and has trained in the arts of Muy Thai, JKD, Ishynryu, Aikido, Hapakido, Silat, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Ninjutsu, Kickboxing, and Catch Wrestling.
Athletic Development Coach
Kelly Ahrens is the founder of Test and Train Sports in Columbia, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Newberry College with a degree in Physical Education. Kelly was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 1989.
Kelly leverages the Latella Neuromuscular Training System and other evidence-based training protocols to drive measurable and actionable performance improvement. The University of Maine, Furman, Florida State University, and others use Kelly's data-driven Athlete Management System, which incorporates the necessary selection, targeted development techniques, and proven management protocols.
Connor Bower is a Professional Rugby League player regularly playing in the Super League, most recently with Hull FC.
He has a BSc hons degree in Sports and Fitness Management and is now playing part-time in the Championship for Doncaster RLFC. Combined with his part-time professional playing career, Connor also teaches sport and Rugby League to 16 - 18 year old students.
Andy Balchunas is an NASM-CPT and Corrective Exercise Specialist, currently training in Las Vegas. In his free time he runs marathons and obstacle course races.
A long time practitioner of Krav Maga, he has recently taken his love of martial arts to the ground and now trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
