Coach John Shepherd is a former international long jumper. He's also a magazine editor, journalist and author. His credits/contributions include: Athletics Weekly, Peak Performance, Men's Fitness, ultra-FIT & Outdoor Fitness. Coach Shepherd also authored the book The Complete a Guide to Sports Training and created the Drills & Strength Training for Running website.
